We’re so excited you’re getting baptized October 29th at VIA Church, we’re honored to get to celebrate this with you and know this is a huge step in your relationship with Jesus! We’d love to have you fill out this baptism form that will ask in depth questions and allow you to share your testimony with us!

A couple of reminders:

You will need to show up 30 minutes before whatever service you’re getting baptized at and we’ll go over any details.
You will be given a shirt, but wear shorts/pants that can get wet and bring a towel.
