VIA University 2022-2023

Mission:

The heart behind VIA University is to equip you to become all that you are meant to be at VIA Church & beyond. This nine month discipleship program will propel you to deepen your relationship with Jesus through time in the Word & journaling, diving into the behind the scenes work of ministry, all while being a part of an unique community.

Vision:

VIA U is an impactful leadership pipeline that propels you as a fully capable, trained & gifted influencer into a lifestyle of ministry through personal, physical, & spiritual development.
VIA U is an opportunity to see how the church operates from the inside & develop who you are as a leader both behind the scenes & on the platform.

Focus:

VIA U will have a limited number of students per year (the uCrew!) that will spend one semester being exposed to every ministry area of VIA Church & the second semester being fully invested in a  single ministry.
VIA U will also take the uCrew through a process of whole life development through a track that will include reading through the Bible in a year, love & relationship growth, as well as mentoring in physical fitness, nutrition, leadership, & finances.  

Time Commitment:

Monday’s are for the crew. You’re expected to be available Sunday’s, Monday’s from 10-3 for, staff days & personal development. VIA U is a 9 month program that will run from September-May. It will require 15-20 hours a week with all day availability on Sunday & Monday.
